1. Boundries
a. The lines of garden fences and walls at the 2nd and 18th holes and the fence on the right of the 18th on the Old Course.
b. The fence at the left of the 5th and 7th holes of the Old Course.
c. The line of fences to the right of the 11th, 12th and 13th holes of the New Course.
d. The kerb and walls marked with a white line near the club house. The North end of this line is projected to meet the beach road.
e. All public roads and areas beyond them are out of bounds.
2. Ground Under Repair
The following areas are ground under repair from which play is prohibited:
a. Areas encircled with blue lines.
c. Areas sown with grass seed.
3. Immovable Obstructions
a. All fences running alongside public roads and any fence around tees or paths.
b. The MOD installation at the left of the 15th hole of the Old Course.
c. Artificial kerbs forming the edges of paths.
4. Stones In Bunkers
a. are movable obstructions (Rule 24-1 applies).
5. Landing Lights- Line of Sight
a. If on the 13th or 14th fairways of the Old Course, either of the pair of landing lights or the space between them intervenes in the line of sight between the ball and the hole, relief may be obtained, without penalty as followed: The nearest point, not nearer the hole, which gives a clear view of the hole, must be determined and the ball dropped within 2 club lengths, otherwise in accordance with rule 24-2b.
6. Protection of Young Trees
a. Relief from young trees which are staked or surrounded by plastic tubes must be taken under Specimen Local Rule 3, in accordance with Rule 24-2 of The Rules of Golf.
7. Artificially Surfaced Tracks & Paths
a. Are intergral parts of the course.
8. Catch-Water Ditches
a. Not marked with yellow stakes, are lateral water hazards. The boundaries of unstaked lateral water hazards are the tops of the banks.
9. Fixed Sprinkler Heads
a. Relief obtained under Specimen Local Rule 1 on Page 95 of The Rules of Golf.
10. Aeration Holes
a. Relief obtained under Specimen Local Rule 1 on Page 95 of The Rules of Golf.
